Not sticky and allows for a softer feel after use. Holds hair well without being stiff. What I don't like is the way it sprays. They replaced the first one I ordered, as I could hardly get it to spray. Even my husband had to push really hard to make it work for me. The replacement can is a tiny bit better, but still works super hard.
