The problem I have with these is that they only come in one size and they seem to be a bit loose on my feet. To be clear, I do not have especially small feet. I wear a size 9 medium width shoe and have a very high arch. These arch supports have a stretchy band with velcro to pull them tight & close them. But they are kind of loose so that if I put on my slipper socks over them, they sometimes twist around and stay in the sock when I pull it off. Because you are only supposed to hand wash and air dry, I bought a second pair to be able to wear them while waiting for the first pair to dry; and I did notice that the second pair which is beige has a slightly different design to them and does seem to fit better than my first black pair. Anyway, they do seem to provide good arch support and I have not had any return of foot pain.
