Review: Good quality easy to use padlocks - I bought this pack of two black combination padlocks for my suitcase and backpack. They are versatile due to the bendy loop which is so easy to thread through zips, or whatever needs locking. So much easier than the solid metal loops which are very difficult to manoeuvre. I have used one already (which is why there is only one in the photo) for a recent trip and it worked exactly as required to fasten my zips together so I could carry my backpack on my back without worrying a pickpocket could open the zips. Very easy instructions explaining and showing in photographs how to set the three numbered code combination. Good quality, sturdy metal locks and visible to potential thieves so a good deterrent.

**Q: What size hole will the cable fir through? I can't find where it actually states the diameter of the cable?**
A: cant really tell you the size,they fit my suitcase no problem at all ,case is just normal,these padlocks are very well made best ive ever had,no stupid keys,i recommend them.

**Q: we have put a code in but clearly have done something wrong, now it won't open is there a way to reset it?**
A: If you want to open it without knowing the combination, it will take you less than 20 minutes to try every combination from 001 to 999 if you do one per second. Turn the dial, pull the lock, turn the dial, pull the lock, repeat. That's probably quicker than any option involving contacting customer care etc.

**Q: Can someone tell me how many locks you get if quantity put in is 1. I need 6 locks in total. Thank you.**
A: Hello,there are two locks in a per set,so if you need 6 locks, you should order 3 sets. Thank you !

**Q: No instructions. How do you reset the combination?  Explanation below didn’t work.**
A: From memory. Set all 3 numbers to zero, press in the pin at the base and hold in while you set your own three number code. Release the pin any try a lock/unlock procedure as you would normally use it.

I brought this product to use on my suitcase for my international flight. The lock is small enough to fit through most suitcase lock holes. It was easy to change the code from the default code, and the lock felt sturdy enough. However, if you have brought this look to protect highly valuable items, I do not think it would serve that purpose well. This lock is better suited to those who want to ensure no one opens their suitcase without their consent, rather than protecting valuables. The lock is lightweight, which is an advantage if you are on a strict weight limit, but it also makes the lock feel weaker. The price is acceptable given that there are two locks, allowing individuals to use one on their hand luggage and another on their checked luggage. The lock is large enough to be visible and comes with keychain tags, allowing you to write your initials, etc, on them and then hook them to your case. Overall, this look is suitable for anyone who wants to prevent others from opening their bags while travelling. I would not trust it to protect high-value items, and I do feel it could be easily broken if a thief desired.
