They are adjustable and you can change them around. I found it doesn’t add too much bulk between you and your partner. I’m still at 28 weeks and have option on extending the wedges, the only issue is that I don’t have that much space in bed. The one down side of the one I got is that the cover is made of a synthetic fabric, I do wish it had seen it before I bought because I would have bought the cotton one. I don’t understand why to offer a synthetic cover for an item that’s for pregnancy. I find that the synthetic cover makes me feel hotter and if you like me and have dry reels they will pull the fabric creating these annoying fabric bubbles at one end, that doesn’t happen with cotton.
