I notice cat hair sticking to the base of mine. I wonder if a little water or soap and water to the base would be helpful or make matters worse. When i first recieved it I stuck it to a wall and it stayed there until i had to remove it. I stayed hanging through tugs and attacks from multiple cats and kittens. But since I removed it that first time I havent been able to get it to stick anywhere again. Not even just standing on the floor.. its disappointing becuase my cats loved to pounce at this. So be warned. Once you stick it, dont plan on removing it or it wont even stick again.Update: After vigorously washing the sticky suction cup in hot water to remove hair and other debris, and using all of my force to reattach this I was able to get it to stick to plastic fairly well. It is restickable, but not nearly as easy the second time ### ⭐⭐ 2.0 out of 5 stars Sturdy decoration *by C***N on Reviewed in the United States on November 7, 2018* We have plenty of fur babies to play with cat toys and sometimes we are not available to play with the furbabies so they need things to interact with.I was really hoping this toy would be one of those fun interactive toys. THEY have to do the work of batting at it once it's suctioned so a location but otherwise that's it. It has a tiny rattle inside to entice them as well as a bobbing movement when batted at and it even has ribbons and one part when hit hard enough lights up.My 5 cats hate it. Not one of them has ever played with it. I'm saddened because it's so sturdy and made so well and it's colorful without being tacky and ugly. In fact it's suctioned to our deep freeze and has been since we bought the toy in spring, it's now fall and it just fell off for the first time.
