It is in German. What are the instructions in English with American eqivilents.** A: Knorr Salat Krönung Dill-Herbs: Seasoning for Cucumber or Herbed Salad. Empty contents of one packet into a bowl. Add 1 Tablespoon water and 3 Tablespoons Oil (i.e., Mazola) - no need to add vinegar - and mix well. If serving with lettuce, use 3 Tablespoons water and be sure to dry your lettuce leaves well before adding the dressing. Serves 2-4 with a medium cucumber or salad.PS. I myself don't use the instrustioncs - I just add 3 TBLS. of white wine to the mix in a bottle and shake it well. Don't care much for the oily flavor just love the clean taste of the mixture I use. I think it might not stay crisp. I'd say a whole packet would easily do an entire cucumber and possibly a bit more. I usually make it an hour or so before we are planning to eat it. Most of the time, I use half of a packet with 1 1/2 T. water and 1 1/2 T. olive oil and about half to 3/4 of a cucumber for 2 people. **Q: Is the Dill-Krauter available in the larger (2.3L)pack. Last year I purchased 1 from Amazon and would like to purchase another.** A: It is no longer available in the container size, since Unilever discontinued it. **Q: My apologies. I meant to ask if you are to peel the cucumber or not peel it. Thank you all!** A: I have done it both ways. If you don’t peel be sure the cucumber is sliced very thin. I prefer peeled though.
