Only thing I find is the thumb elastic could be slightly longer and thinner as it feels very tight and bulky but I just take off the elastic after the support is on my wrist. Just recently sprained my wrist in a circuit class, so bought this to help with healing my wrist which it has but will continue to wear all the time now in class and at the gym to prevent from happening again.
