I've also used it (watered down) for hand painting with a brush. It's a little bit smelly, nothing awful, and doesn't need heat setting. Just give it a couple of days, then it's done. I've put several bags through the wash afterwards and they're perfect. Happy to recommend. It is very think. **Q: What is the difference between the "Opaque White" and "White" inks, are they intended to be used for different purposes?** A: The opaque white is thicker/ less translucent (hence the name) it does a better job of printing solid white over darker fabrics. **Q: Can you mix colors successfully?** A: Yes! Pallet knife.
