I have injured my wrist and needed something to hold my hand in place and help it to heal.I have been using it now for 3 days and it is amazing. It is not too bulky and doesn't feel like it is in the way. I have managed to drive and do everything as usual. The velcro sticks back in place really well. Also the whole things is so well made. You can use it on either hand which is super good. It doesn't look horrible either and looks quite sporty and modern. I have small hands and average size wrists for a woman. I would wonder though if you were a big guy if this would possibly be a bit small? It wraps around so nicely and you can adjust it tighter. Obviously when washing your hands during the day you would need to take it off but saying that it doesn't make your hand/arm sweat too much. (Possibly in summer it will be a different story). I also bought another similar item which I will review too and it is okay but after trying this one first I am not keen to wear the other one now. This was a bit pricey but then I believe if you have a sore wrist comfort is important and you don't want to have something on your arm that looks horrible.I really would recommend it to anyone and spend the extra money as it is worth it.** Update ** 26/3/2014 It has really helped my hand to heal (and stop me moving it about too much). I am still wearing it now though for another week to make sure my wrist is totally better. I think it is the best item like this that I have come across.***Update 8/10/2015 I have just returned to buy another one, really useful and as for the previous one - the velcro eventually stopped sticking and started to curl up but I got a lot of wear out of it.
