On my first order i bought the 100lbs resistance and I was able to close it 3 times. Over time I realized how much I loved it and I decided to buy 3 more (150,200,and 250) the quality is amazing and I dont think theres any other grippers that are higher quality than these. In the past 6 months the only problem ive ever had is the 100lbs making a tiny squeaky noise but you can barely hear it. Finally after 6months of training with the grippers I went from 3closes with 100lbs to 30+ easily.
