Shape is slimmer than the classic, smaller whopper The propel seems to work well on all of them. Perhaps the only thing I would suggest is either replace the o ring for the line or attach your line directly to the lure, the o ring that comes at the nose seems a little weak. Other than that, you won't find cheaper ploppers anywhere. I bought a set of 5 before and I passed some to my friends, I am happy that they have the 10 set now. Of course, after hearing about how great they are, I had to try them myself. I wanted to buy an "official" one but I couldn't justify paying $15 for ONE lure. I decided to buy this 10 pack so I would have several different colors to try without investing too much money, in case the weren't for me. Anyways, I took these lures down to a local fishing spot where I was casting from shore across a smallish pond and was landing really close to the vegetation on the other side. I started getting hits almost immediately! In fact, on most casts I honestly didn't have to reel-in or work the lure in anyway because as soon as it hit the surface a bass was nailing it! My wife came down with me and caught her PB (4.5 pounds) on one of these. Bottom line: these things work just fine. The one and ONLY complaint I have on these is that the treble hooks aren't quite as sharp as I would like. That is the only bad things I have to say about them.
