Review: So yummy for pasta cheat day! - We used this for pasta, as part of a sauce for roasted beef and the last bit for some umph in wild mushroom soup. The flavor is unique among food products so it doesn't take much to know it's in there. This is not a can of truffle & mushroom pieces. This is a cream for the most part with a few chunks of mushroom so it blends easily. We are very fond of this product as well as it's cousin with black truffles. We rarely use a whole can in one meal so I try to plan several meals in the week to incorporate it. I recommend not leaving leftovers in the can but instead, put it in a small container in the fridge (we use it within a week).
Review: Worth the price. - A bit pricey but well worth the price paid. A taste we can't replicate with anything at home.
