It's more of a tube shaped pull over. No issue there though. 2) My glasses did not fog at all which was the most important thing for me. Highly recommended for that. 3) The very breathable mouth cover did not retain moisture from my breath or get cold from said moisture. I had a whole phone conversation while wearing as well. 4) The nose part did want to slip down here and there. A nose clip would be a perfect addition to this to ensure a tighter fit. I bought this for $12.99...mid-range of what these go for. I didn't want to waste money on a cheapy $2.99 one and be disappointed. I can confidently say I am not disappointed and would buy again for the price.
