Cons: 1.No spare head availables. 2.Bristles could be more soft for toddlers like the meemee manual brush. 3.I didn't felt it made any difference in cleaning. It's just a toy brush with mild viberator. So you still have to do all the hard work. Overall I am satisfied because I just needed a Viberator for my boy as a part of his speech therapy.
