**Q: Why does my device humidity display : LL%?**
A: In fact, I am also very confused, but after I read the user manual carefully, I realized that this was my mistake: if the humidity is lower than 20%, display：LL% , if the humidity is higher than 95%,  display: HH% ; if the temperature is lower than -9.9℃, display: LL℃. If the temperature is higher than 60℃, display: HH℃.

**Q: Does it have a hanging hole?  Our walls are not made of metal, so the magnet, while useful, doesn't suit all rooms.**
A: It comes with a piece of metal with a sticky pad which allows you to stick the metal plat to the wall and then that hangs on to the thermostat via its magnetic back.

**Q: How do I change the time on this, incorrect time?**
A: There are instructions with the device that show you which buttons to press to set the time.

**Q: Can you display dates european/british  dd/mm layout instead of us mm/dd**
A: Don't think so, the SET button just cycles through MINUTES HOURS DAYS MONTHS YEARS, the other two buttons increase or decrease that's it, I see no way to swap date format.

These Thermometers are brilliant. Really easy to set up. We have 6 of them placed in various rooms in the house and they are far more reliable and accurate than the Hive roomstats that control our heating. We've had them over a year now and only minor gripe (didn't deduct a star though) is that the 12 spare batteries that we received with them are all dead, only discovering now that I've come to replace them.

Works great! The readings are accurate. The only downfall is the screen does not light up so you cannot read the values during the night. But other than that, great product!
