For dosage read the pack. **Q: Will they work in my 17 L heavily planted Guppy baby nursery tank? It has no substrate other than java moss, stem plants & a banana plant.** A: I would have thought so, yes..I have a gravel bed & push one every 4 months under each plant base & they’re doing wonderfully well, I have lush healthy & thick foliage since using these tabs. I cannot say for sure as you have no substrate but I’d say give it a go. These tabs totally change the water ph though & I no longer have to battle with algae overgrowth which is another plus but be sure to change your water regularly as in my case my Angel fish’s eye went white but as long as I change the water every week he stays just fine. **Q: Does the tab dissolve in water eventually?
