The ends of my hair are very damaged from years of bleaching & heat styling, but this leaves them looking and feeling great. The 1200ml tub is such good value for money, as a little goes a long way and it will last for ages. For me personally I only use it on the ends of my hair, as that's where it needs the most conditioning and if I used it on my roots it would probably just make them greasy. I put it on damp hair in the shower and leave it about 5 minutes before rinsing; the results would probably be even better if I had the time to leave it on for longer.
