Also starting to rust. Poor quality! Bobrick tells me it’s most likely the soap I’m using, corroding the stainless steel. Therefore, they won’t honor the warranty. No where on the Amazon listing did it say I’d have to use a particular soap, nor were there warnings in the box it came in. So, let me get this straight... They sold me a soap dispenser that can’t hold up to SOAP any longer than 3 months and they won’t replace it?! BTW, I don’t believe their nonsense about the soap corroding the stainless steel. I think that whatever cheap material the thing is welded with is the culprit.
