A few years ago I happened to mention to someone about the torture I feel every holiday with prickly heat and they told me to take an anti histamine tablet every day for 2 weeks before going on holiday. I tried it and have never looked back. I do it faithfully before every holiday and have never had it since. I just buy the cheap anti histamine from Home Bargains or Poundland etc. Remember and take one a day for 2 weeks before you go away.
