However the band that goes around your head is way to thin and the texture on the back that touches your skin is not soft at all. The texture of it actually made a wound on my skin. So I had to put clean the wound and put a band aide on that spot. Then put a soft cotton make up pad over it. The wound healed perfect (no scar) but I am still wearing a soft circular make up cotton pad under it. I had heavy duty nose surgery and my nose is really messed up so I can not have my eye glasses sitting on my nose at all, creates permanent dents on the skin. This has worked great for me except that the adjustable band texture that touches the skin on the forhead is not soft and protective enough. Wish I had bought a thin sweat band to put on my forhead and around my head then put this device on top of that. The strap is adjustable and that works great. Overall, I recommend it.
