Review: solid for the price point - almost a perfect fit using their size guide, which is difficult considering my awkward hand shape. the velco seems to be decent quality which is a big reason for the 5 stars, using for my commute to work. i feel like i could easy punch out a window with these on without getting cut and their resistance to heat is amazing. i ended up using them for protection when working on my motorcycle on the side of the road. the rubber and cloth held up against my engine and exhaust pipes which were hot as i was on my way home at the time. my only issue is nothing to do with the gloves themselves, just my wrists getting cold at night makes me want to invest in a pair of gauntlets as well

**Q: do these gloves have a hard plastic palm puck or soft padding on the palm?**
A: It has a hard plastic puck on the outer edge of the Palm toward the hill of the hand.

**Q: has anyone had issues with the seam rubbing between the thumb and finger?**
A: No I haven't had any problems..very comfortable fit.

**Q: Are the sizes pretty accurate? Ive always had slight issues buying gloves. Short fat fingers.**
A: Going by the size chart it says my hand is a size large but they were to tight. Got the XL and fit great.

**Q: Are these Dot approved?**
A: I don’t think DOT approves gloves. But these gloves have some plastic armor. Gloves made specifically for motocross would probably be more protective. And of course you get what you pay for. However, having said all of that, the COFIT gloves seem pretty good to me.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Decent product, just a few minor quirks

I just received these and hav not had a chance to use them while riding yet, but I love the all black look and the armor seems to be very durable. The placement of the palm padding and knuckle armor is slightly off when I wear them, but that could be my personal anatomy being incompatible with the glove fit. Great wrist support and a comfort material, making for an overall a comfortable fit. They are decently thick, which worries me that they'll limit dexterous hand movements when riding my motorcycle, making it not super easy to use them in a practical manner. The gloves being thick also makes the finger tips for cell phone access a pain in the behind to actually use on a cell phone. BUT the thickness does give me comfort that they'll protect my hands well in the event of an accident (which is the main point of the gloves, safety first.) I also feel like the thickness will add a layer of wind resistance for cold weather rides. Overall decent product, just a few quirks I've noticed.
