Review: Small, efficient and heats up quickly - I've had this for over 2 years now. In the summer it sits tidily under my desk out the way. (I wrap the power lead around the radiator veins to keep it tidy!) In the winter it still sits under my desk but keeps me warm enough to work from home (with the additional support of my heated slipper boot). It heats up quickly and the built in thermostat means even into the late spring I can sneak it on with a low setting first thing in the morning when the wife isn’t looking, and when it gets really cold I just pull it out from under my desk and turn it right up to heat the whole room (3.5 x 5m 'ish) with the door closed. Even on the coldest days, I eventually have to give in and turn it down after a few hours (though to be clear my office is well insulated). All in all a good buy, one of the better things I have purchased online when driven by need, in this case mostly hypothermia while being frozen behind a PC for work. No photo – my office is definitely not Instagram worthy!

The only thing I would say is the plastic stand that keeps the radiator off the floor surface came off in a day and I wasn’t able to reattach it. But it warms up a large room Very nicely indeed. So I do recommend and apparently those heaters are very cheap to run! So good value for money! Cable could be a little more longer.

I've had this for over 2 years now. In the summer it sits tidily under my desk out the way. (I wrap the power lead around the radiator veins to keep it tidy!) ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great mini radiator but be aware that power rating doesn't equal heat output

This review is for the small 800w 6 fin radiator. It is a very neat and small radiator which looks rather nice in black and operates silently apart from the odd click of the heating element turning on and off. The radiator works for my needs adding supplementary heat to a smallish room. It is very much worth keeping in mind that for oil filled electric radiators that the power rating is not the same as heat output! The heating element turns on to heat the radiator up and then cuts off when its up to temperature and repeats once it has cooled down slightly. Whilst it does use around 800w whilst heating you'll find that once up to temperature it only heats for about half the time. This means the heat output (as confirmed by an regulatory information leaflet in the box) is only about 400W. I think that this information should be made clearer as if you are comparing a 800w fan heater which continuously heats whilst on to this 800w radiator you'll find you're getting about half the amount of heat as you might have been expecting. Treat this as a 400W heater but obviously it'll transfer heat faster in colder temperatures. This will not heat up a large room and will struggle to keep an un-insulated medium sized room warm. But if this power output is sufficient for you needs then its a great product! 4 stars for not making heat output clearer.
