In fact, my hands felt nicely moisturised and soft, as does my shoulder and elbow where I massaged as I tend to get pain there. This oil smells amazing, like the Bromley lemons I used to buy for my grandmas when I was a kid, it is lovely, I'd use it just for the aroma alone. When you are massaging the oil into your skin, though, it has a strong eucalyptus type smell that makes you want to breath it in really deeply, great when you have a cold and the aching muscles associated with that, which is what I'm just recovering from at the moment. I think that this oil will last for a long time as the oil spreads out and goes a long way and the bottle comes with one of those plastic inserts in the opening with a tiny hole in it so that you don't accidentally pour out too much at once. It also contains arnica, which I've been using on aching muscles for decades and wouldn't be without it, so I'm sure that it will help with muscle pain too.All in all, this oil isn't cheap but it is good quality and if you need it then it's worth it. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4.0 out of 5 stars High quality, tingly & smells gorgeous *by G***E on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 13 February 2020* I have really chronic shoulder pain and stiffness with an extremely tense neck! I also have various health issues (fibromyalgia, TMJ) so I am always in desperate need for a good massage oil. The fact this is a warming one makes it so much better!It feels really nice on the skin - even on the host's hands! It's soo slippery and oily, perfect for massages, and a little really goes a long way. I've tried it on my partner and he's also tried it on my neck and shoulders, and it does feel warming and smells lovely (very citrussy with a bit of spice), but does not feel overly heating. I have tried putting a hot water bottle on afterwards and it does feel very relaxing and like it's penetrating into the muscle, so it may need a bit of help with excess rubbing or extra heat!The bottle is a squeezey one, and plastic. Be careful when dispensing oil, loads comes out at once and this is super expensive so you don't want to waste any! I personally would not spend this much on massage oil, but can understand the appeal as the ingredients are nice and natural, it smells gorgeous, softens skin and also remains moist throughout a long massage and the skin doesn't dry out so you don't have to keep getting more super often.All in all, I would highly recommend this as a high quality massage oil for people that want that extra relaxation and warming feel, it's great for couples (not in intimate areas though, not tried obviously but don't be dumb!) and would suit people doing regular exercise to keep those muscles from getting stiff. Also working into knots feels nice with the tingling. The oil has a variety of spices and herbs, reminding me the smell in one of those expensive spas in Thailand. It is mildly heating while being applied. Good for muscle relaxation. The oil is easily absorbed and leaving a smooth skin, and lingering pleasant smell.
