Review: Highly recommend, especially for high-volume training and races - Was very useful to prepare for a 100K running race - it definitely helped to go through higher training volumes without fatigue and injuries. In the race I was also taking it, along with other supplements. Next day I felt ok-ish and by day 3 post-race I was mostly recovered muscle-wise. I believe this drink and nutrition overall were crucial to have easy recovery

**Q: How many drinks does it do**
A: You will find a dispensing spoon inside. One tub lasts for many weeks. Obviously depending on how often you use it? 
For me, cycling twice a week it lasted from March until September.
