Snapped it up during black Friday for a great price and was not disappointed.The remote works reasonably well, but will sometimes lag when returning to a previous menu.Excellent customer care as well. XuanPad contacted me shortly after delivery to inform me that they had an updated version of the tripod stand it comes with, and that they would like to send it as a free gift as a thank you for my purchase. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great customer journey once I got past amazon! *by D***N on 23 November 2022* My projector wouldn’t turn on and Amazon made it a confusing journey to try and contact the seller and were no help at all.HOWEVER, as soon as I managed to get through to the seller, they were more than helpful and it has been a great experience. They are extremely responsive and helpful.The product itself once the issue was fixed is fantastic. The image quality is amazing and the sound is also brilliant!
