A: Really? I'm not sure. My daughter just turned 10 when I bought this one and she's growing so fast that I thought this one would last all the way to this fall but she took a growth spurt and she's filled out a little bit so I'm not sure that she's going to be able to. The arms are slim and if your granddaughter wears a 7/8 then I would go up a size but now if she is slim then it would probably work. But as far as the color, I'm not for sure. I just knew that my daughter would love the little hearts and if you know the colors that she likes or say that leopard print design or something then I would go with that one
