This is definitely a step up and feels like it’ll last years. It’s ready to go straight out of the box, just needs a gas bottle. I’ve been using it for about 4 months, I’ve made countless pizzas and it’s really great. Not cheap at £399 but you can easily achieve restaurant quality pizza at home if you get the dough right.
