Review: Didn’t know I needed this! - I have to say, my digestive system likes this stuff! The taste is palatable enough that I don’t mind it. I usually put a scoop in with a small amount of water and mix it with a straw then add the rest of the eight ounces so it’s easier to avoid clumps (gag!). I had the thought that I’d been using it long enough that I didn’t need to take it on vacation. Vacation diet had me ordering quick delivery 3 days in after drug store pre/probiotics didn’t help. Won’t do that again!

I have to say, my digestive system likes this stuff! The taste is palatable enough that I don’t mind it. The flavors are good. But after going through both tubs I just didn’t find it had changed anything for me. I will say that I had to work up to the dosage on the bottle. It was way too much to start to where I spent a lot of time in the bathroom. But backing off and ramping up to the dosage alleviated those issues.
