It doesn't add body or volume, but it really helps the condition of my hair and doesn't weigh it down at all as long as it's washed out properly. **Q: Is it ok to use on dyed hair?** A: Hi yes it is ok on coloured and chemically treated hair. Its a pre-shampoo treatment, so you damp hair, apply on mid-lengths and ends and leave 10-30mins with heat (cap) and steam if possible. Then you shampoo and condition as normal. Hope this helps.
