Awesome company. I live in Chicago. I purchased this hose reel Oct 6 2023. Used it twice a week for about 3 weeks before the winter set in. Had no issues. Well, today, April 8 2024, I decided to use it since it is about 70 degrees out and the winter is pretty much over here in chicago. I hooked up my electric pressure washer, all the hoses, and went to turn on the water. I heard running water falling on the ground and knew something was wrong. I checked around and that is when I saw the fitting broke off. I can't pinpoint when it happened since this is the first time using this reel since at least November last year. My guess is that it broke during the winter here in chicago during one of the cold snaps we got. You can see in the pictures where it broke off. I guess if you live in year round warmer climates you might not have an issues. The reel itself seems fine. It's been 6 months since I have purchased it and I doubt will receive a refund.
