Review: Brilliant so far bleeding has stopped - I have been diagnosed with advanced periodontal disease and have had one back tooth removed and have two loose front teeth. I’ve been using Gengigel for a little over a week and I’m positive that it has helped stop my gums bleeding when I floss using brushes. I’m not sure yet if it has tightened up my loose teeth but I will write a new review when I’ve been using it a bit longer. I’ve also just started the mouthwash too! If you have perio like me I would also advise getting some high strength vitamin c chewable tablets and letting them dissolve in your mouth while swishing the solution around your teeth every day. I believe this has also helped. I can actually feel that my gums are less painful so I await my next dentist appointment I hope my pockets have shrunk! EDIT: I've been using this for a while now religiously, and my loose teeth have started to noticeably tighten up! I'm also on 1000mg chewable Vitamin C used as a swish mouthwash every morning, COQ10 200mg, Omega 3 tablets (high dose), Glucosamine 500mg per day and taking 75mg aspirin per day. I've studied everything I possibly can about Periodontitis. A lot of tablets but when you are told you're going to lose your teeth you do everything you possibly can! I'm also now using Dr Johns Hyaluronic Acid toothpaste. I leave Gengigel sitting all over my gums just before I go to bed and sleep with it there. Am also using a Waterpik with a Hydrogen Peroxide 6%, Himalayan Salt and water mixture, brush flossers and a tongue scraper. I ordered the HealThy mouth kit from Orawellness and have been Bass Brushing using their HealThy mouth Blend every day before the Gengigel application. I haven't yet been back to my dentist but will update yet again in January when I've had another assessment. I'm positive my Periodontitis will have improved immensely. RE - EDIT After Dentist Visit 24th January When I first wrote this, I had hugely sensitive teeth, bleeding every time I flossed (loads) and had wobbly teeth and already had one tooth removed. Just been back to the Dentist today and no bleeding at all, not even on probing for pocket depths. Dentist confirmed no wobbly teeth and gums are in significantly better health. I'm not saying it's all down to Gengigel, I've done so many other things such as giving up sugar in drinks, giving up smoking etc etc, but I will keep using Gengigel as it has helped a lot and my gum health improved a lot after starting it. This is my last edit, you never cure gum disease you just manage it and stop it from getting worse, and I believe Gengigel is a very good product to help with this. Good luck to everyone suffering, even if you're in pain now just know that it can be better, but you have to work for it. X

**Q: How does the gel stay put after applied though, I dont think this is possible?**
A: The gel doesnt stay put as such but soothes as soon as applied. Just put small amount on tip of clean pinkie finger and rub gently on to sore area of gum.

**Q: I have bitten my tongue and it is quite sore would this by suitable?**
A: Yes it is suitable for cheek and tongue bites. It’s also good to rinse with salt water after meals, and suck ice cubes or lollies. Good luck.

**Q: I cannot see any products or comments concerning oral thrush! Can anyone help please?**
A: Oral thrush should be treated with a anti fungal cream that you 
can buy over the counter at any chemist.
You may also need to see a doctor if it is inflamed or sore, as yiy may need a stronger cream or antibiotic.

**Q: Is this sugar free ?**
A: Hello...checked on packaging and the composition is as follows: 200mg Hyaluronon, Xylitol, Excipients and found this on Google "About this item. Dairy Free, Gluton Free, Vegan, Vegetarian, Wheat Free,  Sugar Free, Nut Free, Egg Free, Celery Free, Lupin Free, Milk Free, Mustard Free," so yes, it is sugar free
