I was not pleased. It was not a natural looking colour. I do not think this would work on dark hair at all. Dark hair usually has to be bleached first before going to a lighter colour or it will look strange. My advice? Invest in someone to lighten your hair professionally for the first time at least. If you are into organic hair care, go to someone who has organic tints in their salon. The money will be worth it. After you lighten it professionally, then you can use a box tint to keep the colour up. But I would not recommend this one as it really messed up my hair. Do not use this on dark hair, it will not do the job or possibly turn it a garish reddish colour. If you go to a salon to lighten first, you will not have any regrets.
