A: Yeah she can use it on face I have severe psoriasis and it really does help.

A: I use it for dry skin on the body where it does not block pores. It is quite rich but sinks in soon.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The only moisturiser that has truly helped my baby’s severe eczema

My 4-month-old daughter was diagnosed with severe eczema covering around 30–40% of her body. We tried so many products before this, multiple over-the-counter creams, emollients, and even prescription hydrocortisone and combination creams until it had become that infected on her back, neck and head she was on oral antibiotics. Nothing made a lasting difference, and her skin would constantly flare, become red, angry, flakey and even weep. Her eczema around the hairline was so severe she was scratching and rubbing until she pulled her hair out, leaving bald patches. It was heartbreaking to see. Our doctor recommended trying this La Roche-Posay Lipikar AP+M Baby moisturiser, and honestly, it’s the first thing that has made a real improvement. It absorbs quickly, doesn’t leave a greasy or sticky layer, and seems to immediately soothe the irritation. Within days her skin looked calmer and more comfortable. It still gets red at times, but no longer becomes infected, cracked or weepy, which is a huge difference. Yes, it’s definitely on the expensive side, but when something actually works after months of trying everything, the price becomes worth it for your little one’s comfort and relief. If you have a baby with eczema-prone or extremely dry skin, especially if other products haven’t helped, I would highly recommend giving this a try.
