It is quite fragrant - think dry, grassy, shrubby field in the summer - flavorful. I usually put a small handful of leaves in about 20oz of 190F water, steep for about 5m, then remove them and reuse them for a second 20oz. I have not noticed any health benefits to the tea, nor psychological benefit for that matter. I don't see it as a calming tea, just a very pleasant herbal one. I would order this again. Review: I had already tried their oliv oil, so I was really curious. Really great flavour, super fresh and aromatich. As soon as you open the pack you can smell the parfum. Approved also by my wife, the real expert in the family for Tea!
