**Q: what are the product dimensions**
A: James is right, there are two lots of dimensions. I chose this rail because it was small  supposedly 15x53x62 when is came it is too big to fit,
55.5x24.5x88.5.
Be careful if size is important.

A: Hi Flossey, we have had ours on for 15 hours at a time, more than once, with 2 towels drying. Forgot about them, and they were fine. They were well dry.

Void that complaint about missing feet ... he who shall be nameless had been examining the contents and put them in another room. All put together now and working a treat. Thank you!!! This is my second version of this style of heater, the last one has just stopped working after over 10years.
