That part comes with the faucet. **Q: Is there an overflow drain in this sink?** A: Yes, there is an overflow. It is in the front and can't be seen in this photo. We bought two of these sinks when we redid our master bath 2 years ago and like them so much that we bought two more for our guest bath this year. **Q: Will this sink fit in a cabinet that is 30" wide by 21" deep and still have room for faucet needing 3" with quartz countertop of 22"** A: Yes. You will have no problem installing in that space. Mine is installed under a quartz counter top that is of the same size (22" depth) & I have 4 1/2" for the faucet at the back of the sink and 4" of quartz counter top at the front of the sink. Your cabinet width is more than sufficient My sink is of a color called biscuit, which I liked better than the white, having found the white to be to white. It is an excellent choice. **Q: Does this come with the installation template?** A: If you're referring to a cutout template it does not come with one.
