Let’s remember this packet is under 30 calories. Yes it’s bland and has no taste (wash thoroughly under water in a sieve) so I have mine with quark and garlic from a tube and takes 5 minutes to make. You have to add low cal sauce to make it tasty. It is filling and again the packet is under 30 calories so it’s NOT going to be mistaken for real pasta. I will certainly buy again to get rid of my lockdown weight 😂

Started the keto diet and knew I would struggle without some kind of substitute for pasta, I decided to buy this, despite the reviews as I thought I could stomach the smell and texture as I just wanted pasta, but I was wrong. The smell is horrid, although it slightly goes when it's washed, it was still not great. The texture felt like if you were to eat a worm, it's incredibly slimy, tastes like rubber and very difficult to eat. I even melted cheese on the pasta and ate with tuna to disguise the smell and texture but I couldn't stomach it. Very dissapointed, don't bother wasting your money.
