One way is to put a touch of superglue (I use Gorilla) on the tip of a key size length of very thin dowel or piece of cane, the same diameter as the key shaft. Carefully slide it into the keyhole until it mates with the other key, let it set for a couple of seconds and then turn it gently until it lines up with the exit slot and push the key out. You can clear the lock using another piece of dowel or cane. **Q: How long is the key?** A: I can't remember...The thing only lasted two weeks in an inside door **Q: The keys match from one lock to another. Is it possible to order unique keyed ones?** A: These are not intended to be anything than low security locks.
