Pre-surgery I was a 34 large B/ Small C and was advised to get a 36 DD post-surgery bra. I decided to get this bra rather than the MACOM bra as I was still uncertain about sizing, and 40 pounds was a bit dear for me. I opted for an M and L, but the M fits perfectly. Pros - Snug but comfortable fit Breathable Pretty easy to put on and take off, adjusting the straps can be a bit annoying especially if you've already had surgery as movement is restricted, but it's much easier to do when you're lying upright rather than standing No padding in the cup - Perfect for me especially as my incision was through the nipple Cons - Like most bras, I think it's handwash only which is a tad annoying if you've just done BA.
