Google 'Ameralabs Calibration Town' then print that STL using the recommended settings for your resin on the manufacturer's web site. The Ameralabs site has a key that explains how to use the Town to get the best-possible level of detail for YOUR specific printer + resin + environmental factors (temp, humidity, etc). I'd drop a link to the Town but I'm not sure if Amazon allows outside links, but Googling it will take you right there. Once you know the ideal exposure time for your printer/resin then so long as you don't change brands or types you can keep using those settings. If you do change resins, always re-calibrate - it takes an hour or two to run that test, but it WILL save you hours having to re-do failed prints (as well as avoid damage to your printer). Good luck! **Q: What is the maximum (heat deflection) temperature for the cured resin?** A: Heat deflection temperature is around 80°. **Q: What is your method of disposal with the cleanup? just let the water sit out in the sun cure+evaporate?** A: I rinse my prints when they come off the printer in a bucket of water, then from there I go to an ultrasonic cleaner containing a 50/50 mix of water and Mr. Clean. After the bucket/cleaner treatment I do a final rinse in cool, running water for a minute or two to get the Mr. Clean residue off. That removes all traces of uncured resin and results in a super-crisp final print. I dispose of the uncured resin in the bucket and ultrasonic cleaner by combining them in the bucket, then leaving it out in string sunlight for a day or two - that cures all the remaining resin, which can then be scooped out and disposed of in the trash like any other cured resin products. This is my favorite resin right now - the convenience and crispness is AWESOME.
