I have ME - now working full time!
I started taking this two months ago after having a week's free trial and info about the product with a face cream. I tried it as my bp was so high a number of times I had to have an ECG and 24 hour monitor.My bp returned to normal within a couple of weeks!The real surprise tho is that having suffered ME for over 25 years, I feel better than I ever have in my life. I am now working full time, horse-riding, walking,cycling, able to read, concentrate, follow conversation, sleep, get up in the morning,(write a product review!) notice mood improvement and reduction in pain and so much more.I am hopeful this continues!!!!!!!!!!!!I am going to contact Action for ME to report this as anecdotal evidence and question if others have had the same benefits.

Bio - Quinone
It was suggested to try Bio Quinone by my Pharmacist to help muscular pain being caused by taking statin,after a month I found the pain abate and less severe. Good pruduct and affordable via Amazon.

3 days use and feeling better !
Lots of great feedback for this product so thought I’d give it a try. Only 3 days taking 2 a day but must admit I’ve never felt better. Went out on Saturday doing this and that as usual and returned home, it’s the first day I’ve not felt exhausted for ages, actually felt energetic and got up off the sofa went out and washed the car. All in the mind ?? Who knows, I’ll update this in a few weeks.

Buyer beware if you don't know what you're buying.
I wanted something with quinine in it that wasn't Indian Tonic Water, it's supposed to be good for night cramps. When I typed in 'quinine tablets' Amazon's search engine came up with this; Quinone sounds a bit like quinine doesn't it? I was in a lot of discomfort with muscle cramps at the time so I thought I'd take a chance on this expensive product; it turns out it's rich in Q10 (I think.) I won't be renewing my order of it, the muscle cramps have sorted themselves out and I'll stick to painkillers from now on.
