Brilliant knife. Wouldn’t be without mine. **Q: My goat willow tree has to come down and wanted to take off its bark; help please is this a good tool for that or advice as to which tool is?** A: Its a pruning knife for taking cuttings off soft plants . It also needs a good sharpen!! It would take a while to cut bark off and the blades curved which doesnt help! Which is probably just as well as I avoid penknives as I’m always convinced I’ll take my fingers off opening and closing them, but this knife is a delight to use.Nice size, feels comfortable in the hand, and of course being foldable means you can just keep it in the pocket while working in the garden.Fairly sharp straight out of the packet and it’s a good solid blade so it should last for a lot of uses and sharpenings over time.
