Based on the product description I bought this ring in the smallest size. Nevertheless it is too big, the diameter is 17mm rather than 14, rendering it useless. The seller does not refund unless the product is faulty. My husband is a 360 degree snorer, snores whether he is lying on his side, front but horrendous if he was on his back. Our not so clinical trials over the past week have given it some challenges, a 13 hrs drive home from holiday, first night very tired, a couple of nights after a beer or three, and a testing night after attending a punk concert, but the results were still the same... no snoring.I do not understand how something so small, worn on the right hand little finger can be so amazingly effective.
