YOU ARE GETTING FOUR SPEAKERS IN EACH CABINET SO THEY REALLY FILL THE ROOM WITH SOUND. USING THEM AS SIDE SURROUNDS SHOULD WORK JUST AS WELL. A LITTLE PRICEY BUT ONCE THEY ARE UP AND RUNNING YOU WILL SEE THEY ARE WELL WORTH THE MONEY. YOU JUST CANNOT GO WRONG WITH KLIPSCH SPEAKERS.
