The reason being my only gripe: It is pretty much impossible to get the smell and taste of coffee off the silicone seal parts. I considered just ordering those parts, but it's prohibitively expensive unless you live in Japan or the USA. So now I use one for coffee, and the other for everything else. All the other reviews aren't exaggerating, it keeps drinks hot for an incredible time. I've been taking my tea to football and even on the coldest days its still hot. The first time I used it, it was too hot to drink all through the game, even though I left the lid off throughout to try to get it to cool. Four hours later on the train home, it was still too hot to drink! I've had to master the art of putting in just the right amount of cold water when I fill it. I think it's fair to say they all rated this product very highly. As a result, I thought I'd take the plunge and buy one.I'm very fussy when it comes to leaving reviews. The product has to either massively disappoint or massively impress and I'm pleased to say this one is the latter. Not only does this flask provide incredible heat retention (don't bother preheating the flask if you plan to drink your beverage within the first four or five hours) but it's also incredibly well designed and well made.It's easy to take apart to clean and it's easy to re-assemble.
