**Q: How many cartridges does it come with, and it says for use with the blue cartridge, im assuming putting a black cartridge in there will do no harm?**
A: Well this may not be relavent but although the pen only comes with one cartridge,as a Registrar I have to use a special ink.So I purchased a converter to allow me to use the ink. I have used many fountain pens in my time,all of which cost three times or more than this,but I must say this is the best pen I have ever had.So maybe you might consider purchasing a converter and a bottle of ink and step back in time as well as use less plastic...you will not be sorry. **Q: Can you confirm the appropriate converter? (eg Z24 or Z28 etc)**
A: The Z28 converter was previously the Z24, and is suitable or all fountain models of the LAMY AL-star, LAMY joy, LAMY nexx, LAMY nexx M,
LAMY safari and LAMY vista range.

**Q: how is it being packaged? Does the pen come in hard plastic? I want to avoid plastic packaging! Thank you!**
A: It can come in a carton package. I also can wrap it as a gift if you want...

**Q: how long will it take on delivering?**
A: Not long at all considering its sent out 1st class and usually dispatched within 24 hours(excluding weekends)

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Super Fountain Pen at a great price point

This is a my first fountain pen since school days and I have been so impressed with it. It’s great value for money and is very comfortable to hold and write with. It’s really smooth and flowing too. No blotches or having to shake it to get the ink flowing through. German engineering shines through it. I chose the medium nib , you can purchase the finer nibs to use too which is a bonus. It doesn’t come with any cartridges so I ordered Lamy ones too which I found easy to insert. Lamy also sell a converter so you can use bottled ink if you prefer but I’ve not tried it. Overall , I’m really happy with my purchase. It’s real quality , looks stylish and delivery was speedy
