Review: Great little switch with high PoE budget - This LinkSys switch is easy to configure and appears to work well. Main feature used is LACP port aggregation for connecting to a NAS. The PoE faultlessly powers a Draytek VAP903 wireless AP. The only downside is having to buy a GBIC for the uplink port but this does allow the user to choose fibre or copper for the link.

Powerful and easy to set up. Just plug one end into your Internet router and plug and play the rest. Silent operation. Not sure why asked to rate the Wi-fi signal as it does not do Wi-fi but of course you can plug a Wi-fi access point in if you needed one.
