**Q: My power is already on a timer but when they come on they default to jazzy setting. How do I change that..?**
A: Mine always come on constant. Although I do have a different make that always come on jazzy, and I have to keep pressing the switch every night to get the setting I want!

A: My lights were battery operated!

**Q: Mine have came completely tangled up,I can't even work out how to untie them.Do you cut the cable ties?**
A: No don’t cut the cable ties. Just persevere and thread them thru to untangle them. Worth it if you do

**Q: The instructions don't explain how the timer function works at all. How do I disable the timer function?**
A: Mine switch off after 6 hours. Didn’t know you could stop it doing that?

Faultless! Exactly what I wanted! Last year I bought the same ones off eBay but they came with an adapter and a foreign plug! Although I loved them they had to go in the bin as they kept sparking! These have a uk plug and are absolutely perfect! Thankyou 😄
