It has numbers in the inside that go up to 60 ?** A: A full scoop contains +/- 25g. Please ignore the numbers on the side they are ml. Sorry for the confusion. **Q: Does this contain lactose?** A: Thank you for your question. Yes the product contains lactose. It's made from organic cows milk. **Q: What is the difference in flavour between plain and natural?** A: Thank you for your question. Plain refers to our Organic Casein Protein, Natural/neutral refers to our Organic Whey Protein. Both are flavorless. The main difference is the absorbtion rate. Casein is absorbed slowly by the body and whey is absorbed quickly. I hope that answers your question. Best regards, Lars from Ekopura **Q: What form is this whey protein - is it the hydrolysate form?** A: Our organic whey is a whey protein concentrate. This is the least processed and most natural type of whey protein. To achieve a whey protein hydrolysate more processing is required that has a negative effect on the natural composition of the product.
