Then click on my locks, then click the button that says “tap for settings”. Then click cards/ tags. And at the bottom it will say add a tag then just follow the instructions **Q: Does anyone know what type of rfid chip these use?** A: The only scanner I have is my phone and that doesn't even acknowledge they exsist if you try to scan them. So not they are not NFC, that as much as I can tell you I'm affriad. **Q: Can you set times for some keys? Eg to allow a cleaner access at specific times only?** A: That depends on the lock your using rather then the tags. I have the Yale Conexis L1 and unfortunately no you can not set times on the tags. On the Conexis L1 you can how ever use the phone app to send virtual keys to people's mobiles which can have time restrictions on them. I initially found the app to be quite in reliable and switched to mainly using tags like these but I know they did make efforts to fix that and on the times I have used the app recently it has always worked for me. **Q: I bought two of these and they're not pairing at all via the app. The lock doesn't seem to acknowledge them. Does anyone know how to solve this issue?** A: Hard to say. What lock do you have? Do you have any other physical access tokens (fobs, cards, etc.) that do work? If your just using the phone app currently and don't have any other physical access tokens then could be an issue with your lock. Could also be an issue with the phone tags but in my experience it is not common for physical access tokens like these to have faults. I stick it on the back at the bottom I have a folio case it doesn’t affect the flap when the flap is opened and attached to the back of the phone. It also doesn’t affect Apple Pay at all.
